JD Construction/Walter and Victor Rodriquez concretaman4242@gmail.com Stole over 3,000.00 dollars from me, my friend and son, for work he promised to do and did not Dallas Texas

I contacted Walter Rodriquez with JD Construction to brick my house. He sent Victor Rodriquez who provided me a contract as to the type of work he would be doing.  We agreed with a price and he told me he needed 1,900 dollars to purchase the bricks.  I paid him the money 7/1/16 and as of date this company have been refusing to call me and I contacted Walter and he told me Victor did not know how to brick houses and he would get in touch with him to return the money.  Walter and Victor wll not return my call.  A friend contacted Walter Rodriguez to have her mailbox bricked and they came out to give an estimate and Walter told her he needed 800.00 dollars before he could start the work. My friend paid Walter the 800.00 dollars and as of date have not been able to contact him. My son contacted JD Construction in August also to inquire about a driveway to be build on his property and Victor Rodriquez met him and he wrote out a signed contract on the price he could charge to do the work.  My son paid Victor 900.00 dollars for the cement truck and as of date 9/2016 he have been getting the run around with Victor and he refused to give him his money and do the work.  They have stole a total 3600 thousand dollars from people who are elderly and do not have money to give to away to scammers.  Do not use this company or if anyone know who else I can report this information to please advise.
