JD Marvel Products ripoff deceptive company Hawkesbury Ontario

I ordered 25 vines of JD Marvel's Climbing Giant Strawberries on March 3, 2003 via the internet with the understanding that they would ship my product to me DIRECTLY from the local nurseries at the appropriate planting time in my area.

It is now June. Most of the rest of my garden is up and blooming (despite Calgary's unpredicatable weather) and I have yet to receive any plants or information on when to expect them.

I wrote them an email tonight and plan to take very serious measures into getting these plants that I have paid for. My Visa was charged on the internet, and I hope it was as "secure" as they claimed it was, since I have NEVER bought anything on the internet before this.

I know of others who have received product from this company without problems, and hopefully I will not be another loser in this company's game.

I promise to update each time they talk to me on the phone, or when I finally receive these plants.
