The JD Marvel Product labels form came in one of those advertising packets that are sent to your home. I had seen the flyer many times and decided to finally order 600 address labels. My cheque was cashed at the end of January 2003. Today is April 24, 2003 and I still have not received my labels! I e-mailed JD Marvel Products on March 19, 2003 and was given the response -- "We apologize for the delay of your order for labels. Due to a recent office move we are somewhat behind in our order processing, however we are catching up, and your order should be sent within the next 10-15 business days." Well, of course, I kept that response e-mail and yesterday, I sent another inquiry for follow-up. So far, no response. I am still hoping that I receive my labels, but I will never order anything again via flyers. Jewel Toronto, Ontario

Labels finally received -- after 5 months and followup ..cheap quality!

Believe it or not, I finally received the labels that I ordered! I e-mailed the company twice to follow-up on my order. The first time, the reply was bogus. The second time, they delivered. However, the labels are cheap quality! Anyone with a laser printer could have created them. The address labels that the MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Society sends to your home (for a donation) are much better quality, and at least the money is for a worth-while cause (plus, you already have the labels!). Good luck to everyone else who has ordered things...
