The flyer came to the apartment and they had an e-mail address where I had answered on the internet stating that you can use your credit card and as well sent me back an e-mail stating that Your order has been approved by my bank as well it says to contact the merchant, please send e-mail to orders@jdmarvelproducts.com
I had ordered 2 prs. of slippers and as well they had sent me am InternetSecure Receipt Number. I have tried numerous times to e-mail them as well as call them and there phone lines are always busy and have never contacted me by e-mail.
I am thoroughly discussed by this Company and as well I am a senior on a fixed income and I am out $38.90. They as well have these flyers in other different mails that come through the door. I am just sick aout this and what can I do.

MAR.14/03 I HAVE THE ORDER NUMBER AND THE DATE THAT J.D. MARVEL HAD TAKEN MONIES FROM MY CHARGEX AND THEY STILL CONTINUE TO SAY WE NEED MORE INFORMATION.
I HAVE E-MAILED THEM EVERY DAY BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES AND FURTHER MORE THE TELEPHONE IS NO LONGER LISTED.
HAVE RECEIVED OTHER PAMPHLETS IN THE MAIL UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME BUT THE ADDRESS IS STILL HAWKESBURY, ONTARIO, CANADA AND HAVE SENT THEM THIS RIP OFF PAGE BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO PHASE THEM?
I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE DEC/02 FOR MY SLIPPERS WITHOUT ANY AVAIL. I JUST HOPE THIS COMPANY WILL BE TAKEN DOWN AND SUID FOR ALL THEIR WRONG DOINGS AND ESPECIALLY TO SENIORS THAT ARE ON A FIXED INCOME, OR ANYONE ELSE THAT PUT THEIR MONIES IN TO THIS COMPANY!
I STILL E-MAIL THEM EVERY DAY IN HOPES THAT THEY WILL ACT UPON WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS THAT TRUSTED THEM!
I ASKED THEM HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHTS KNOWING THAT YOU ARE INVOLVED WITH SUCH AN ORGANIZATION!! THANKING YOU FOR BEING HERE SO THAT PEOPLE LIKE MY SELF CAN REPORT COMPANIES LIKE THIS!
