JD Marvel Products ripoff Champlain New York

I sent a check for a Cuckoo Clock.($17.90)on May 6th.2003 to JD Marvel Products Inc. After waiting 4 months I e-mailed them numerous times asking about the clock. After 4 months I received a cheap piece of plastic.I returned the clock (certified mail) asking for my money back which cost me again explaining it was pure junk. (I made pictures of it in case I needed them.)I e-mailed JD Marvel again the last time 12/30/03 and have had no response. I have kept all correspondence and pictures of the product they sent me. These people need to be stopped.
