JD Marvel Products ripoff dishonest I have never dealt with a company like this one Champlain New York

Ordered 2 pairs of moccasins, JD marvel cashed check on Oct. 15, 03. On 11/12 I called and told to wait 6weeks from date they cashed my check. On 12/9, I called and spoke with "Pauline" who was aware of the internet complaints!

She says the moccasins will come in Jan. I told her to refund my money (I had also WRITTEN to request a refund). She says I should get a refund in Jan. It is now Jan. 11.

Also, mind you they are in Quebec, they keep you on hold and I have spent about $16 because I thought I was calling upstate NY like their address states. They answer the phone in French.

They must have acquired a lot of money so far and are planning to set up business under a different name soon. They do not do anything to let you know, like a postcard, where you stand with your order. I have never dealt with a company like this one and wish I had seen these other complaints against them before I ordered! I will contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs in Quebec if I have to and the television complaints stations should hear of it too.
