Jd reservation They offered 3 trips for the price of 300.. They never emailed me back for confirmation Orlando Florida

 I called jd reservations because I heard an ad on the radio station about 3 free trips for the price of $300 bucks. So I hopped on it. I was told that I was going to recieve confirmation emails and which I did. But when I looked they had my information wrong. I called back two more times to let them know that the information they had was wrong. They told me they would e mail me again . I never received any email and I was rushed off the phone and was lied to. The guy said that he had another call on the line. That's no way to talk to someone who just believed everything you said and took my money. I'm not appreciated with the customer service and I just want my money back.
