JD Reservation Scammed Nationwide

I initially heard about JD Reservation on my local radio station. The were offering vacation packages for $300. The only catch so I thought was to be within the first 20 callers. Needless to say I was within the 20. I "won" 2 vacation packages. Both for 5 days and 4 nights. 

The first trip was for Orlando, FL which was supposed to include 4 tickets to Disney World AND a $200 visa gift card. I never received the tickets to Disney.  Instead I was offered  2 tickets or $200. When I contacted JD everyone had a case on amnesia and offered no alternatives. 

The hotel accommodations I received were horrible. Myself and my children stayed in the Baymont Inn and suites. The Internet pictures make this place looks wonderful. However this is not the case.This is actually a poorly renovoted property.

Also I was forced to sit thru a timeshare presentation and yes I do mean forced because had I not I would have lost the package that I had already paid for meaning I would have had to pay our more for the package. I contacted JD Reservation to file a complaint I was given an option that was not feasible for me and this option would have cost and additional  $100. 

Im a mom of 4 and to be ripped off is a horrible feeling and to add insult to injury I planned the trip around my boys birthday. So not only was this vacation a disaster my children are left with horrible birthday memories. Please do not use this company disappoint is bound to happen.
