JDate c/o Spark Networks Limite Eggregious business practices. Continued ti charge my Debit card after cancellation of service without being given access ro account Internet

I signed up for a one month trial period over Thanksgiving 2009 and noticed I still had access to my email over a month later. I called the third week in January 2010 and asked the to cancel my account.
I checked my account to make sure it had in fact been canceled. When I went check my email it directly to me to the subscription / billing page so I was satified that had canceled my account at that point.By their own admission they can see that my email has not been accessed since the 3rd week of January 2010 (because I couldn't) however, according to JDate they disregarded my cancellation call and considered my account active even though I no longer had access to my email. I know they hang onto pictures and profiles but when your account is not active you cannot access your mail. They all work that way.
I happened to notice the $39.99 charge on my bank statement in April which prompted another call or 2. They refuse to refund my money from February to April 2010 even though they know I had not had access to my email account. That also cause overdraft fees to my bank account resulting in over $230.00. I disputed the charges with Bank Atlantic and they said they were not able to reverse the charges due to the fine print in the agreement with Jdate.
Jdate took action to cut off access to email in February and they see that was the last time it was checked but refuse to acknowledge they disabled my account and continued to charge my card. All they say is "their is nothing we can do."
