JDBYRIDER Aka CNAC ripoff, dishonest, Canton Ohio

Well, where to begin?
I was in a tight spot, needed a car and fast. I went to JdByrider in Canton, Ohio after talking with the sales rep over the phone.

After telling the sales man that the highest i could go was $4,500.00 he walked me to a 1994 Olds Cutlass Ciera. When I asked how much the car was he told me it was within my range,

So, I test drove it--Decided to buy the car, went in to fill out the paper work signed my name then left with my new car. I was happy as could be for around five minutes. When i got home and looked over the paper work, I realized that my the $4500 we talked about was not anywhere close the the $9,200.00 that i was paying for this car.

I called the dealership that night, I told them I wanted to return the car and get my downpayment back. They refused. I asked if i could trade it for a less expensive car, they refused. I then realized i was stuck with it.

The story continues---
I have now had my car for around five months, made EVERY payment on time and in full. I go in to make my regular weekly payment, I am then informed that I was supposed to pay double, thats right double what I had been paying b/c i had been behind on my payments for 3 weeks.

First, I was NOT behind on payments, second, if i were behind for 3 whole weeks, why was i not contacted?

Well, I am pretty much screwed now, I owe $7,800.00 on a car that JD Byrider picked up for $500.00......I was told by the loan manager to "grow up and pay what you owe"

Maybe I am wrong. Maybe the 1000 other people that have a problem with this company, maybe they are all wrong too. But for sure, without a doubt, what JdByrider does is WRONG. In ohio the attorney general just made them pay out $400,000.00 for bad business pratices. Too bad i can't get mine back too.
