Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I sent a check to JD Marvel Products Inc 11/23 for several pairs of moccasins, They have not sent product. When I did I web search to find a number to contact them, all I could find was their website with no phone numbers, no customer service contact, no email contact, no way to contact them, just a checkout button. I also found your website with the numerous complaints from others who have also purchased from them and not received product. Well! Merry Christmas, J D Marvel!

The real marvel of J.D. Marvel is that they have not been forced to give refunds by the N.Y. Attorney General! This company is (pick one) either an outright fraud or so incompetent that people simply forget their orders and the company keeps their money by default.
Champlain, New York is the address of so many scam companies that are actually in Canada that Rip Off Report should issue a consumer alert for this place.
A consumer alert should work very much like a travel alert from the State Department:
"Consumers are advised to be wary of any solicitations they receive from companies in Champlain, New York. Due to their proximity to the Canadian border, Champlain is home to many fraudulent entities posing as U.S. Busunesses.
IT IS ADVISED that consumers receiving any such solicitations RESEARCH THE COMPANY on RIP-OFF REPORT to determine if there are reported problems with the company inquestion."
