In August of 2012, me and my partner were invited to Dominican Republic by Alex Carter and Alexis Medina, brother of the actual president of this country, to perform an international trading transaction of wire roods, steel, cement and medical supplies.  in this visit Carter and Medina took us to one of thier companies called General Medical Solutions, SRL where Mr. Medina was president and Mr. Carter was CEO.  During the Tour of some of therir companies we were scorted by the National Security Guard of Dominican Republic, and because of this, we treusted them to begin negotiatios with the differents products that they offer. Days after we recieve email offers with excelent prices fo wire roods and cement in where we must had to send the money in advance to be able to access this deals.  we finally wired them $618,000 USD for tghe purchase of 2,605 MT of wire Roods.  after six months, Mr. Carter send us a fake BL signed by someone named Farah Salvania Ramirez, in which this products were not included. After weeks of excuses he keep promissing to deliver the products.  Eventually, after we got tired of keep waiting, we ask for our money back, that we have not received yet.  Mr. Carter and his cartel has send us in several times fakes SWIFT documnets.  at this point Mr. Carter and his partners has not pay us the money.  we are in the process of a law suit in the state of florida.
