I went to Local Bitcoins yesterday to do a buy for bitcoins.  I've used them several times and every transaction has been amazing.  Both in person and online.  Until this last one yesterday.

I contacted the celler via cell phone number and also online at the local bitcoins.  I requested the amount of bitcoin I wanted to buy there.  We did the trade by email, text messaging and on the site.

Long story short Jean got my money pac number from me, drained it, didn't transfer my coin, cancelled my transaction and ripped off all the 425.00 that wasn't mine. 

Local bitcoins says they will not help me.  I have paid spokeo for a trial and have come up with the carrier of the number I've provided coming from BANDWITH.COM.  I got a first and last name, street name, city name and bandwith.com.  Says this is a male.  I don't come up with an IP address but I do have the email coming from google.
