i came in for a half head of high lights. the person who did my hair did not blow my hair dry so that i could view the color  before i left the salon. the following day i found bright white spots and patches at the roots of my hair. it was horribly embarassing and my hair cannot be put in a pony tail withhout horrible embarassment. i came back to the salon three days later to ask them to correct the problem and the woman at the desk screamed and yelled at me and used foul and aggressive language. she refused to provide anyone to correct my hair until "later"   this salon is absolutely awful.  for the cheap pricer it will cost you double or triple to fix the mess these people will make in your hair.
