JEAN PIERRE DELEURME is a car theif. 

Here is his technique:

1. He says he is going to sell your car for you. 

2. He asks you to sign the title but leave the recipient blank

3. He sells the car

4. He gives the new person the title and the car 

5. He then pockets the money himeslf and does not give any of the money to his client. 

6. If you call and ask him about the car he lies and says that the car is being repaired, there were delays, "it wasn't worth that much anyway," etc. 

 Warning - do NOT let this man have the title to your car.
