Jean Pierre Petrel J.P. VIP home health- signature fraud henderson, Nevada

 JP Petrel or Jean Pierre Petrel is a con artist. His last name is even made up! Born Lopez! He falsified many home health MEDICARE documents!!! He was taken to court, he has been kicked out of many Physician office for doing fraudulent, shady things.

The old school medical personnel in twin know him and his record!!!!! He pulls the wool over you get generations eyes. He has jumped around from agency to agency!! He stoled money, he and his twin brother in Reno!!! He is an awful human! He slept with his friends (a Doctor) barely 18 year old daughter!! Beware and stay clear!!!

It is unfortunate that JP cannot take responsibility for his actions and has to dirty someone else's name in the process! It is a fact that he himself signed Physician order's. The investigation may be for disciplines signature's, that is to be discovered, but JP did forge physician signature's and upon investigation, there will be no doubt that this is true. There are many witnesses as well. He may run to another Home Health agency to try and cover up his actions, but it does not excuse what he did. He knows what he did, he can deny it all he wants, but he knows. Hope he sleeps well.

It is unfortunate that someone would accuse falsely JP within VIP home health. Mr Petrel has been in the same line of work for over 15 years and has never had an accusation or has ever been in trouble with medicare or any fraud issues. JP has a very good working relationship with his accounts and physicians, all are very ethical and professional. It is true that JP resigned from VIP because he was unhappy with the recent audit of trust solutions. This medicare representative came to VIP to audit all billing and nurses signatures, not physicians signatures. The issue is that even though Adrian Saballones is said to be the president of VIP, he is only on paper. His mother Isabelle Sabalones is the one that runs not only VIP, but also other agencies in California and Reno. She intentionally refrains the paying of employment taxes that are being deducted from employees checks, and instead of paying the IRS, she uses that money fror personal gain. This has been going on for about almost a year. I am positive that all signatures on doctors orders are those of the original physicians and the doctors would not say otherwise if ever required to do so. It is a shame!!! that VIP or any of their employees who had personal information about the resignation contract would put themselves or VIP at risk of being sued for defamation and or failure to comply with contract.
