Have used this company off and on for past few years and initially everything was great. Timely responses, products sent timely , very good customer service and response time. Then she gave birth and all hell broke loose. Delays started, constant issues with "emails" being received, working with dubiosu 3rd party vendors for business fundign that never worked or had google voice #'s and paypal accounts. Requested and paid for credit repair services and NEVER received anything but initial letter sent to credit bureaus. I have sent over 30 emails in past year trying to get a refund or update or a phone call.

Get a couple of emails saying something wrong with email server, She never got emails, etc. I emailed every email address I ever used for her and still got told that every 15 emails and still no direct call? Yet she can send out weekly communciaitons about specials and promote business for others. I'm beyond angry and frustrated that someone can attempt to insult my intelligence by saying their email is constantly crashing! Why not set up an email dedicated to complaints or overdue issues?? OR hire extra help?

or just close down your website because it's doing more harm than good to people. I really thought you stood by your word but after complaints from friends and family and on this website either you are truly overwhelmed and need to quit or you are just scamming people now and I dont know what the difference is! This is Byron btw just search my name in your "emails" and you should see multiple ones with my name in subject line. I want a refund for me and my friend Roger for numbers paid for and credited but never delivered on. I dont want a rebuttal saying just email me and I'll handle it. I want a phone call!!!!! and I want action done on my request

Me and my Husband has been working with this company since May2,2017. before then we have emailed her for questions and she responded on time. Issues do arise for we all are human. So far it has been nothing but a great experience. I would recommend this company.

JEANNIE IS NOT A SCAM AT ALL you people who complain are pathetic

She helped me when I had a bad situation and not one time did she not answer me or turn me away when i did not have the full amount of money to pay her. she would even email me to make sure that i was okay that day. i have worked in this type of business for nearly 14 years now and i have never come across anyone that actually cares how someone is and does not care about the money that is spent and her prices prove that. her site is filled with information that most people in the business sell or just refuse to tell people. she is a gem in this business and all you people who do complain are just envious of how she does run it. 

I have a circle of people that work with her and I am going to have every single one of them counteract each of these untrue reports. if you read most of them they are all so petty and selfish posts. She did not have time for me she was taking care of her sick children, she did not do this for me immediately, selfish people who think they are her only customer and deserve to be in the front of the line. 

Jeannie you are a compassionate, wonderful gem. never change because of ignorance in people. 

 

Appreciate ALL THAT YOU DO FOR ALL OF US WHO DO APPRECIATE YOU !
