My husband and I purchased bedroom furniture from Jeff and Selene Hill back in July of 2007. When we finally recieved our furniture in September, it was completely damaged. We sent almost every piece back. We have been calling and stopping by the store on a regular basis ever since. We got excuse after excuse as to why we hadn't recieved our furniture.
My husband called the Alaya Decor several times week after week. They would never answer the phone so we had to drop by the store. Jeff gave us excuse after excuse as to why our furniture was not delivered. He would give us "dates" that the furniture would arrive only to recieve more excuses and promises. He even promised us that if the furniture was not delivered by this month that he would write us a check and give us our money back.
Today my husband stopped by the store to find that they had packed up and disappeared. I am learning of several other stories like mine. So I want to get the word out. I have a feeling that they will be trying to sell their furniture privately. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
