Jeff Filamonte, Mike Filamonte - IT&T Systems, Inc. DEADBEAT WHO DOES NOT PAY TECHS WHO SUBCONTRACT WORK FROM HIM Chicopee Massachusetts

I performed sub-contract computer work for Jeff Filamonte from June 25, 2008 to August 30, 2008. He has not paid me for any of the work from July and August and has an outstanding balance of $1,435.00. When the invoices were not paid by the agreed scheduled pay date, several attempts were made to contact him via cell phone and email which to date he has ignored.

I also had a lawyer send out a demand letter for payment which he has ignored. I have a small claims suit pending against him in Chicopee Municipal Court. I have all the completed work orders with confirmation numbers from the companies he held the contracts with proving the work performed.

He formerly held contracts with Nexicore (scumbags) doing on-site residential work through Staples and Office Depot, Network Dynamics, and Plan B Networking. Twelve people across the country who performed work for him were not paid. Nexicore paid him out on 285 work orders @ $55 an hour that all of us completed.

His father Michael Filamonte is in on the whole deal. Everytime he was called on his house phone he promised to pay "next week", but to date has paid no one.
