Jeff Fournier Big Ribbits, Jeff Ribbits, Citipunch Rip-off, stole money, fraud Internet

Jeff Fournier - also known as Jeff Ribbits from Conway, SC and/or Myrtle Beach, SC has cheated me by selling me a high-priced ($97 per month) application that is supposed to create a mobile loyalty app.

This began in April of 2014 and he has taken three months of my money and the app does not work.  He has refused to give any refunds, is ignoring complaints and and continues to make excuses.

He is still lying to people and telling them that he is working on things, even though he gives no timetable, no refunds, and no working application.

Jeff Fournier  has marketed this through the Warrior Forum as a WSO [where he has now been banned] and it is obvious from the thread that he has scammed others and taken their money also.
