Jeff Herman serviced my Panerai PAM 113 and afterdoing so I asked if he knew someone who had a Rolex DateJUst and that I would be interested in trading my Panerai for the Rolex. He contacted me and told that he had just received a Datejust and that the owner wanted to sell it. He also said that what he could sell the PAnerai for would just about cover the cost of the DAteJust.
He asked that I send him the Panerai as it would be easier for him to sell it if he had it in his possession. I sent it to him After many weeks I inquired after the Rolex. He told me that he was waiting for the dial that I wanted and that the braclet need some work and that he wanted it to be perfect for me as considered me more then a customer. HA!
A few more weeks went by and I again inquired as to when I would be getting the Rolex, and if there were any issues he could simply return the Panerai to me. He told me that he already sold it, but that the Rolex was just about ready, just needed to be tested and polished. On Thursday, February 7, he informed me that his business was "going under" but I was not to worry as he would never hurt me and that the Roilex would be going out, but asked if I could give him my FedEX account number for the shipment as his was being closed.
I sent him my number, asked for a tracking number and that was the last time I had contact with him I have been sending him text messages to his "private cell phone" with no response and tried calling only to be told by an electronic voice that the party to whom I was trying to contact is not recieving any calls. He claims that he is a religeous man - but he is just a sham and and a con artist and I suspect that someday he will get what he deserves. People like him always do

Everything worked out very well with Jeff Herman and Watchrepair.net There unfortunately was a miscomunication that prompted my accuastions and emotions took over.
I got my Rolex as promised and it was in pristine condition. I wish to retract any negative remarks that I said about him and am very sorry if I injured his reputation in any way. I will have no reservations about using his services again should the need arise.
