 Jeff Jolliffe likes to change business names and I've found several complaints on different sites dating back to 2012. Basically, I dropped off a transmission to be rebuilt and he was paid in full. He over promised work that he never did, had a LONG LIST of excuses, and will even bring up "personal problems" to make you feel bad....don't fall for it. Several months went by, and lack of communication on his part, I eventually had to take it to another shop. Money was never refunded and he stated "that's not how it works" when the subject was brought up.

He currently operates Certified Transmission & Service (more like certified ripoff artist) and advertises his business on Craisglist using his phone number only. He can change the phone number and he can change his business name, but do not do ANY business with Jeff or Leisa Jolliffe. Complaints have been filed with the state.
