I dont know who you are but I do know this your making false statements. Jeff & I left JRP Agoura Hills more than a year and half ago. You state that we dont report to Uncle Sam...we have always kept up our taxes accurately. You have no proof of our financial records that we submit to taxes so how could make false accusations. We don't fire employees for the reasons that you have stated...we have fired employees for not accurately doing their jobs. And, in fact in the two years we were in Agoura Hills we went through about 10 employees...which obviously shows that we dont have a big turn around time. We always kept accurate records in 5 different ways of all money they went through that office (hand written ledger, copies of all transactions, a payment schedule that we would write down and sign off for payments received, as well as our JRP system, and we had an accounting firm that took care of all accounts). We tell parents to keep records themselves also so that if they had any questions they can compare our files with theirs. I had my own computer at the office that stayed their so your accusation that I forgot my computer at home is false. We always had agent/manager auditions on a weekly to biweekly basis. We never held back information regarding callbacks. All agents/managers would take the original files of the kids they were interested in with them so that they could call the parents directly. If a child received a callback and got accepted to iPOP! we would inform them that they can either sign with the agency/manager or they could attend iPOP! and see if they had more interests that they could choose more from. iPOP! isn't held a small no known hotel it is a really big event that does cost money to put on. The money for iPOP! that parents pay does go to hotel rooms, photos, and so forth. Jeff & I never promise anything to clients and if so it is stated in their contracts. We never charge parents on how much money they have iPOP! is a flat fee for everyone if you choose to do more categories obviously that is everyones personal choice. Stating that parents slither in for free and smoke pot in the hotel rooms...this has never happend. The parents that attend iPOP! are their with their kids you really think that they would risk what they have worked for...yet alone smoke pot while their kids are in the rooms. The agents/managers that attend iPOP! as well as go to the JRP's go for a reason because as you clearly state that the kids are getting the best education!!!!! Not all photos work in certain markets or with agecy/managers we do photos with photographers so that the kids get a fair chance at being thought of for representation. Sometimes parents bring photos of their kids sitting in the back seat of the car....you never want to give these out. That is why we tell parents that these photos are begginer headshots...Whomever you are really needs to stop making false accusations. You obviously have so much to say but cant say who you are. Why are you hiding...we certainly have nothing to hide.
