Description: I have been trying to withdraw my Roth account for 4 months. I have been given the run around and told to fill out notorized forms, then saying I need a notorized letter, them saying that they didn't get it after it was hand delivered. I have not received any statements for my Roth account, and my other investments. When I started my Roth account for $13,000 dollars in January 11, 2018, I was not given any proposals, was brushed off after making a drive through a snow storm, and as soon as I wrote the check I was dismissed and told that he 'might' get to it The following week.

When I again requested information about his proposals I was told that his customers blindly trust him that they don't need to know. I was not given monthly statements for the other 2 bigger investments, and was unable to access my online account. Then I discover that this advisor is playing the stock market on February 22,2018 with over 10 purchases and selling of my stock, so That I incurred alot of fees. I have repeatedly requested by email, phone calls and by a 3rd party to have my funds remitted to myself and my new company.
