Hi Reid & Everyone, Just an update on my situation with Mentoring of America and EPN. My state Attorney General's office did send a letter to MOA and they actually responded with a letter stating they did a chargback to my credit card for the full $6495.00 but I now owed for 4 of the 10 sessions and opened/used product.

MOA failed to mention I returned everything to them in tact and obviously to their satisfaction, they credited my account after they recieved the product. I am being charged 4600.00 for the four sessions (sales opportunity sessions for MOA) what a joke! These were far from training or mentoring.

Also, I had that refund agreement (that JoAnn mentions) which I signed and I think that is what MOA uses to hold people hostage - they agree to give you a refund in full however it doesn't mean they area admitting that they did not provide what they sold to you. So, I am guessing that's their little loophole. regardless I am sick over the entire ordeal. JoAnn please keep us posted on your progress.

Wonder if your lawyer would represent someone in Michigan? Or if there are any lawyers from Michigan reading this, please help!! I don't think my state AG's office will continue with this matter at this point. I am going to forward this website address and some of the correspondence reagrding Mentoring Of America to them though, so they can see for themselves there are so many victims, going through the very same thing, inflicted by the same company along with EPN. It's terrible to go through this. I am giong to notify the Utah AG's office and that states consumer protection agency too in hopes that it will help - if nothing else I have proof of my efforts if I end up in court.

Don't Give Up Cee! Keep Everyone Posted.

Hello there Cee,

I hope that this rebuttal finds you in good spirits and health.

Hang in there and until your credit card company resolves the dispute. As Tom stated in one of his rebuttals, the fraudulent Mentoring of America will more than likely attempt to wear you down to the point of you throwing in the towel.

They can't do this however, unless you allow them to. Keep contacting your credit card company till they're sick and tired of hearing from you. Make sure that your credit card company is aware, that you are not planning on giving up on the situation.

Also, keep contacting the FBI, FTC, Attorney General, Consumer Protection, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, etc, etc, and submitting complaints.

Make sure to keep visiting this website for any and all updates and continued support from the many other victims. Your experience and every response from the fraudulent Mentoring of America is extremely important in battling this disease.

Tom is absolutely right about fraudulent businesses making the ordeal very uncomfortable for their victims, in hopes that the vast majority of them don't complain. Once any victim puts their guard down, they'll lose.

If Mentoring of America decides to close shop and start a new as Tom stated they may, we will at least have the heads up. Remember, there are strength in numbers and we are all in this together.

Until next time, take care Cee cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii and God Bless.

I was charged over $7000 for 3 live phone calls that lasted 20 minutes and 1 missed call.

Hi Cee...I will email my attorney for you...

I am sorry to hear that they are trying to charge you that amount for "mentoring" what a joke, eh?

I was charged over $7000 for 3 live phone calls that lasted 20 minutes and 1 missed call.

It sounds like you read my attorney letter.
I will email him and let him know that there are several people interested in a class action through out the country and see if he can represent people outside of California.

I'll be sure to update this site to let you know what he says. What you can do in the mean time is look for consumer law attorneys in your area. I just typed in consumer law attorney in google's search page and came up with 2 in the whole state of California, and one is now my attorney.

My husband and I have both had our identity stolen and he resolved a case with a collection agency (corrupt law breaking collection agency) who wouldn't accept that the debt was not incurred by us.

Keep maticulous notes, and write down every date and time you speak or have spoken with anyone regarding your attempt to resolve this.

I'll let you know as soon as I hear something from my attorney.

Hang in there.
