I placed an order for the Jeff Paul system on Oct. 12,2005 and paid extra to receive in 4-5 days. To this day I haven't received the system yet. I would like to cancel the order rather than wait any longer. Please refund all money paid to the credit card you have on file.

I tried to call the customer service line but to no avail I got left on hold for 25 minutes and still waiting while I am sending this email.

The Jeff Paul system is a fake they do not send back your money, when you paid good money for it to be shipped to you in 4-5 business days and you never get it. Then are told it will take 30 days plus for you to get your money back if you file a claim with them. But you can't get the claim form for 30 days so their 30 day money back guarantee is a fraud.

Please tell all on this web site to be very wary of the Jeff Paul 30 day guarantee.

Contact Your Credit Card Company or Bank

If you contact your credit card company they will give you instructions as to how to file a complaint. You might be able to describe the problem and fax them the details of your situation. While they investigate it they are supposed to credit your account the amount and any related interest until the situation is resolved. If you tell them they refused to refund your money and you did not get your products, it would seem this would be helpful.

If you paid by check, you will have a tougher time, however, you can call the bank to put a charge back there as well; they 'might' be able to do something for you.
