Jeff Peterson WestMini Shop, Inc. Scam claiming interest in purchasing product for shipment to Ethiopia Oceanside California

I received an inquiry for pricing for railings and asked for specifics.  I received a response for a specific product but did not receive a complete answer for all of the specifics needed.  The final email was the red flag that it must be a scam when I was asked to contact the shipper myself to arrange for a shipping quote to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 

The final email also included a phone number which I found on a previous report on the Ripoff Report website.  Below is the text:

Hello ,

Thanks for your email. I am okay with the total cost and i'd like to proceed and finalize payment. The order is going to be picked up from your location when they're ready to ship. I want you to please contact First Middle East Logistics Service at ( Firstmiddleeastlogisticsservice@hotmail.com ) and obtain a freight quote. They will carry out pick up when the order is ready to go.

Please contact them with the information below.

2. Delivery Address
3. Approximate Weight

Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia

As soon as you hear from them send me an email with total cost including the freight charges for me to proceed with full payments using my credit card. I look forward to hearing from you the estimated quote from the freight forwarder.Get back to me with the total cost for the order plus shipping charges.
