Jeff Roper, owner of The Mutual Funds Store, has breached his contract with Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems of Pugent Sound, and refuses to pay on his past-due account. 


Mr. Roper has been less than cooperative concerning his financial obligation. Furthermore, Mr. Roper refuses to accept responsibility for this debt, and has refused on multiple occasions to address the situation. Despite numerous voice mails and emails to Mr. Roper, he has rarely kept an appointment to discuss or resolve as scheduled, or returned an email to that effect. 

Jan-Pro has graciously agreed to accept a one-time payment of almost half the actual amount owed by Mr. Roper as payment in full, and still Mr. Roper will not cooperate.

The fact that any company can operate in this manner is disturbing, to say the least. Currently Mr. Roper and the Mutual Funds Store are being called under review by all industry related state and federal agencies to ensure that he is more responsible in carrying out licensing requirements than paying bills. 

Any potential vendors or customers of Mr. Roper and the Mutual Funds Store should be advised that a signed contract by Mr. Roper or his employees is not worth the paper that it is signed on, as Mr. Roper has no intentions of honoring his agreements.
