I hired Jeff as a tutor for the MCAT exam. I paid him $2000 for a measly 4 hours of tutoring on skype. He refuses to give me refund even though he guarantees score increases as before he takes your money. Jeff Rosenspan is now running a scam MCAT tutoring business called MCAT Fox at mcatfox.com through his business entity Expert Tutoring LLC. He uses false Better Business Bureau credentials on his website, which cleverly link to a totally differentcompany similarly named, called Fox Learning Center.  He has an extensive criminal history and goes by several aliases such as Jeff Rose and Dr. Ross. As his student, he will never tell you his real name. He holds multiple email accounts and pretends to be mutiple people. His tutoring consists of using online practice exam logins of other companies, illegally. He also uses small pdf doduments full of plagiarized materials from LSAT tutoring books and Kaplan. I know because I JUST took the Kaplan course and recognized his materials. I was suckered into paying for his fraudulent classes. I hope you can avoid making my mistake. He will lie to your face and do whatever is necessary to take your money.
