I cant beleive how many people are responding to this specific "ripoff" I have sued jefferson financial and the court date is 12/20/04, however they can not get served w/ the paperwork because this location is a vacant apartment building so it has been pretty much pointless.. but I am not giving up I did file a claim w/ the better business bureau and I did file a complaint with feds... www.ifccfbi.gov I hope that so many people come forward and these a**holes are put to justice..
