Im writing this in hopes that KARMA will reach this police officer who hurt my husband's knee while taking him down for unecessary reasons. Now he is missing work, can't take care of our 6month old baby, causing stress and drama to our lives and who's going to pay these medical bills? First of all let me state that we are a good, down to earth, happy, fun couple with three awesome kids. ASK ANYONE!! I have so much to say i don't know if it will all fit!

Friday night my husband and I went to the Harley Davidson shop to watch the UFC fights. My friend gave him tickets for his 30th bday which is tomorrow. He isn't extremely into these types of events b.c. he says people that go to this, fight and "I DON'T FIGHT". It was me who was interested. (We hadn't been out without the kids in couple of months, it was time for a date). We arrived at 7pm. Around 9pm, my hubby went to the portable potty. There was a dumbster nearby. Some guys were urinating there. However, my husband did not. He walked over to that area thought about and then as he was walking away, one of the police officers approached him. He asked that my husband step aside to speak with him. My husband walked with him asking, what's the problem. The officer pushed him through the crowed to the front of the tent. He grabbed Layman's wrist to throw away the beer in his hand. So, my husband took it upon himself to throw it away by himself. As he did that, the officer put his leg in front of his, body slammed him backwards where they both fell. Next, flipping him over, scrubing his face on the concrete kneeing him in the back, putting the cuffs on saying, Ill put you in the hospital"! When i spoke to the officer afterwards he explained to me what happened. Except he added that my husband said he had several shots, which he didn't and he "several" is not in his vocabulary! The officer explained that he arrested him for Resisting arrest and that it was a felony. (i think its a misdemeanor by the way).

However, when i went to bond him out, there was also a charge of disturbing the peace-drunk. The transporting officer would not take him to the hospital even though he couldn't walk. The jail nurse made him take him after he had hopped all the way into the jail and all the way out, then all the way into the hospital. The doctor there said it was sprained and would be better within 3 days.

Today is Monday, my husband still can't walk! Therefore, he can't go to work. Which also means we can't pay our bills. We are scheduled to move this weekend! Is the cop that did this going to help me take care of my baby, help us move this weekend and pay these doctor bills? My husband's acl is probably torn. Did i mention that the guy that was actually peeing in public was not arrested? They let him go, told him to leave. While we are struggling, no health insurance, no sick days or vacation days to take, i wonder what kind of weekend that cop had? MINE SUCKED BAD!! Which is making today suck as well. This cop has interfered with our lives when we did not commit a crime. The only person that was disturbing the peace was the cop! I mean really...did he ask to be on duty at this event b.c. HE is into fighting? Was he just waiting for some young punk or drunk white trash crack head to make one wrong move so he could practice what he had saw in the ring? Does he feel cool now? I don't this sucks!! My husband does not have a criminal record. He is the most laid back quiet dude you would ever meet. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HONEY. I HOPE YOU CAN WALK SOON. I LOVE YOU!! SORRY I WAS JUST TRYING TO TAKE YOU OUT FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY!! I FEEL SORRY FOR THE JERKS THAT GET OFF WHEN WEARING A GUN AND NIGHTSTICK.
