I received a call from Jefferson & Scott Associates stating they were a law firm representing First Cash. They said I had an unpaid payday loan with First Cash. I never heard of either of these companies and have no existing payday loans. The man had a very thick accent and was very threatening stating that if I did not do what I was asked I would be very sorry. When I told them I was going to call my attorney and I asked them for their address they hung up on me. While on the phone with my attorney, we decided to google the name and that is when I came across the first rip-off report with the exact same scenario. They do need to be stopped from harrassing people at work and scamming them out of their hard earned dollars. Thank you!
