 I have all the documents that Jeffress sent me in the mail that I never signed. Please help me get all the original documents from Jeffress and American capital funding that's going to prove that I never signed my signature on any of these fraudulent documents. Sent me fraudulent paperwork in the mail stating that I signed over my rights to a funding company in Newport news,VA called American capital funding LLC. I've never heard of this place. For example.... My mother passed away in 1995 and I was the only beneficiary. I paid the funeral home after I got my insurance check. I would never sign over my policy to an funeral home and definitely not a funding company that I've never heard of. Jeffress funeral home stole my policy and sold it to American capital funding and Barbara m laprade signed as a notary and also as a commissioner with no stamp or seal. I have the fraudulent paperwork Jeffress sent me. Please help
