Isn't it kind of inconsistent when one Rep is Dismissed for causing a "Customer Letter of Complaint" but the Production Department and the Management Staff do the same and they are intact? I have 5 letters naming them as the cause of unhappiness with the finished Basement, and will now begin contacting every customer I visited to be sure I have an accurate file for my lawsuit (Unless all Production and Management People are also Terminated, of course) alleging Discrimination. The Attorneys feel I can't lose, so if you ever had an Owens Corning Rep in your home, kindly comply with my request for a letter detailing your experiences with them. If appropriate, you may join my suit as a co=Plaintiff.
