I would like to file a complaint against Heritage Texas Properties Real Estate Agent Jeffrey Kuchar.  He was supposed to sell my home in Houston, Texas, if I got a certain amount of cash back.  I told him unless I could get that back, I would not be selling the home. And I put it all in writing and he received it. He lied to me and said he would get at least that amount back and would not sell it unless that happened.  Then, at the end of the sale, did not do so, and did not tell me until towards the end of the sale that I would not be receiving that amount--and he himself made three times what I made on the sale!  And it was my own house! And to top it off, he left to go out of town on vacation in the middle of the closing!
