Jeffrey Walker: Armed Robber With a Badge Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Officer Jeffrey Walker, a 24-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Department, was recently arrested for robbing someone. Walker has a long history of complaints for similar wrongdoing, all of which were criminally covered up by Philadelphia's corrupt joke of a police department. He is being prosecuted for his most recent offense only because the FBI got involved. Walker was made a scapegoat just because he is black; he is no more crooked than the vast majority of Philadelphia cops. In fact, of the 83 Philadelphia police officers arrested under Charles Ramsey's five year reign, about 80% are minorities. This, despite the fact that nearly 60% of the city's cops - and nearly all of the most felonious ones - are white.
