I'm a granite fabricator ,I been doing couple jobs for this"Contractor " . and since the first job I did for him I don't remembered the last time he pay's on time without putting pressure on him. Last month I did this kitchen and bathroom counter tops for a house in Dallas and I haven't get paid for my work. he not answer phone calls unless you call him from a different # he doesn't know . when he finally answer he comes with bunch of Lie's saying the homeowner haven't pay yet,he out of town, he's with a customer,etc,etc. .

I just want to aware you subcontractors and home owners if you ever need any repairs or remodeling, it will be a big mistake if you hire or work with this guy ( Jeff Wallace) he's a crooked he does not pay the guy's (workers) he always looking for a new people to come and finished the job of someone already quit for non payment and there's where you protect don't going to be finished on time. After that you may have some of the subcontractors or workers knocking at your door looking for him.

Or even worst like my case , I'm placing a lien on one of the customer property thanks to this guy. I'm also taking him to court , this is the kind of person who thinks other people work's for fun. Don't let him lie to you he's pretty good on that. And If someone have already hire him don't pay him till you have a lien waiver singed from all the subcontractors hi hire to do your job, or you will have a subcontractor knocking at your door for sure. If anyone dudes about this . feel free to call me. (((REDACTED))). And I'm not a slanderer ,if it's that the excuse he going to use .
