Like the other posts on RipoffReport about Jeffrey Wilens or the Lakeshore Law Center, the one above is fake.

The person who posted this complaint is the owner of an illegal business operating at www.exploretalent.com.   Some time ago, the Lakeshore Law Center and another law firm filed a class action against the company behind Explore Talent.  In preliminary rulings by the Judge, the case has been found to be meritorious. It appears likely that he will have to pay substantial monetary damages to thousands of California residents and may even be shut down. 

Let me be clear, the poster is NOT a client of the Lakeshore Law Center.  He is not someone who spoke to me or anyone else in my office about becoming a client.  He is a liar.

He is the also the same person who I sued in United States District Court and obtained a court judgment for $20,000 plus a finding that his postings on other websites were defamatory.  In that lawsuit, the same type of "fake client" testimonials were exposed and found by the judge to be false and defamatory.  I can post this court judgment here if permitted.

Notice he does not identify himself or present any proof he is a real client or someone we called.  He does not produce a single email, proof of a phone conversation, a retainer agreement or anything else.

This person has launched a campaign of character assassination for more than 18 months against me.  He created more than 10 websites and blogs, all linking to each other and containing similar or identical defamatory statements.  Eventually I obtained a court order to shut down these websites. He was also found guilty of violating my Lakeshore Law Center and Jeffrey Wilens trademarks.  So, now he has tried to create new websites and is also abusing the RipOffReport to post his nonsense.

Notice all his posts are anonymous and cannot be verified.  He has used proxy servers and a Russian web hosting company to hide his identity because he is a chickenshit and a coward. This scummy criminal will not admit who he is.

This is my challenge:  If this anonymous poster will identify himself, I will present solid legal evidence to prove he is operating an illegal business and is motivated by his greed and desire to continue to rip off California consumers.
