Like some other posts on RipoffReport, the one above is fake.

The above poster is either the owner of the www.exporetalent.com website or someone who works for him.  My law office, the Lakeshore Law Center, and another law firm, filed a class action against his crooked Explore Talent website.  The business is operating illegally and when the lawsuit is successful he could be liable for substantial damages to thousands of California victims and might be shut down entirely.

For that reason he started a campaign of character assassination against me Jeffrey Wilens including creating websites that violate the trademarks of Jeffrey Wilens and the Lakeshore Law Center. 

At one point in time he created over 10 websites and all were traced back to the same person.  So when he asks readers to "Google" my law firm, any negative postings can all be traced back to him.

We have already obtained  a judgment in federal court in Oakland, California shutting down many of the defamatory websites and requiring him to pay $20,000  in damages.  We can post this court judgment here if permitted.  Yet, this scummy criminal keeps trying.

The class action against Explore Talent is proceeding and to date the rulings have been in our favor and against the poster.

I challenge the poster to present evidence that he was actually called by private investigator Knickel.  We know who was called and easily verify or disprove his assertions.
