jeffy lube oscar ,edgar B,there are only 9 workers in total my truck now has water coolent in the oil and my truck does not run after visiting them twice and the mang states it was the ternastat that was change and still the same they over charge me when i onl anaheim , California

on 4/10/11 at 4:00pm went to jeffy lube in anaheimiffy Lube Service Center #2340  with my 4 kids ask if they were close they replied no i ask i need a oil change ok edgar  called me over states hey you need to change the air filter and the  water coolnt i said ok hey they know what there doing. well all of a sudden i see 5 other guys come out doing all kinds of stuff fixing the brake lights my radiadot cap so when they were done i ended up paying $240 so i got my truck left with my kids on 4/12/11 i was going to drop of my kids to school and the truck over heated so i called jeffy lube spoke to luis he said come on in ok i did he open the hood up and try oping the radiator cap and luis stated there is a lot of pressure i said i know so his mang came oscar he was taking in spanish to each other so oscar states there is no more coolnt inthe radiiator i said well i was just here on sunday one of your workers flush it . so oscar flush it again and stated the cap on there given to me on sunday was big so he exchange my cap. on friday 4/22/11 my car over heated i was scared had my 4 kids in the car i took it back same workers oscar edagr stated no its fine poor more coolnt in the car check the oil stick said the oil is ok you need to change the thermostat i said why if my car was fine when i brought it to you guys if the first time it came to you guys it was in good condation the i came back twice because of an err your worker did. i told the my check engine light came on the was shaking bad and over heating  all the manger could say is they did nothing wrong. took my car to our family mahanic had the car look at chane the theromastat he look inside the oil and notice the coolnt was mix with the oil and water so my engine was bad of course i called try to get the number to the corp office he stated i had to talk to a person named lewis gomes 909-2639993 he is the person who takes the complaints of course they gave him heads up so when i did talk to lweis he stated due to my car being a 1998 exp ford with so many miles can become a problem that has were and tear so he states he needs a bill or print out of the dameges and if they do find they are the one that cause all this they will fix the truck . ok me as a singl mother of four i am not stuppid i do understand what goes on with the cars i have a brothe that fixes cars hey i just had my car pass smogg on 2/26/11 with no problems so if my car as the jeffy lube person states its old with tone of milage then answer me one questions how did it pass sommg?yo see the way i see it once they know they miss up they try to cover them selff real good. one of my friends knows all the workers there all she stated is they need to be all drug tested i want that to be done asap i need help i have no car no transpertation to take my kids to school or my self to work i hate jeffy lube thanks you guys.
