Apparently Mr. Bukstel is not content with having one defamation judgment against him; he wants another one. His meritless lawsuit in Federal Court was dismissed with prejudice. I practice before the SEC and not one is looking for me. There is no court order against me. I am in the US frequently and am hiding from no one. 

Edbutzl   of    Vitaspice    has  gotten   a   Federal   Court  Order  on   jehu  hand  &  com.  He  is   in  hiding  " outside"  the  Country   ...   if  you  see  him  report  him  to  FBI  /  SEC   etc ..

I am only posting a rebuttal to this posting now, because I was never informed or contacted regarding same. Unfortunately the archives of the rwguide website are no longer publicly available.
I no longer own Athena Agency; I sold it over a year ago. However, I can state that this individual Tom Myers was never our client; that other peripheral information he provides in his posting is not true; and the post was made at the same time as I did make a post to RWguide regarding my experience with a Russian dating agency which is no longer in business. It is my opinion that the posting I am rebutting was made by the owner of that agency. At this same time, this agency owner threatened to sue me for defamation and my response to him was to go ahead, because I could prove what I wrote was true. Of course no lawsuit was ever filed by him. At the same time, someone posted bogus "statements" using my name on usenet groups purporting to praise this agency owner. It is also my opinion that my observations about that agency (which were in the nature of collaboration of other consumer complaints) were true. I do recall making any negative comments only about this agency and one other which was universally viewed as dishonest.
Athena Agency had an impeccable record and a very good reputation for honesty the entire time I was associated with it (December 2000 to 2006). The Angelika Network imposes very high standards for those agencies which affiliate with it. http://angelika.net/aboutus.shtml shows the members of this network. If you ask any of these agencies, they all dealt with me personally or in business (except the few new ones since 2006) and they all can vouch for my honesty and integrity in the business. There are also other agencies in Ukraine which are not members of the Network but which know me and of my integrity.
The standards of the Angelika Network include the following safeguards for the protection of clients:
2. All ladies must present a copy of their passport and prove identity and unmarried status
2. The original of all letters written by ladies must be retained by the agency and a scan copy is submitted to the male customer with the translation of the lady's response (the man can opt not to receive it, if he wants).
3. With every response, the lady must reaffirm, in writing, that she is still interested in the agency's services.
4. ANY improper activity (eg prostitution or solicitation) on the part of either male or female members results in immediate severance from the Network. I never heard of ANY of our ladies engaging in these activities. We had from time to time male clients who were looking only for sex and we refused them service as soon as we were apprised. We had over 100 marriages from our agency workings.
5. There is an audit function to verify compliance with these and other rules of the Network. For example, people are hired to visit the offices and try to see if the agency will break the rules. Staff members call ladies to spot check-verify that the lady really sent the letter. Violation brings stiff fines or contract cancellation.

During the years I ran Athena, we never were fined or were found to break rules.

Almost every month, an agency in the network is fined or even asked to leave as a result of serious infractions. I am sure there are people who were dismissed who perhaps should not have been, but the Angelika owners err on the side of caution. There were of course violations by some or all of these dismissed agencies, but its stopped there.

Although I am no longer involved with the Angelika Network, I retain a good impression of their business ethics.

I would not expect the ladies to know me personally as my policy was to keep my personal life separate from our ladies. I had competent management personnel, all ladies, who were better suited to interview our ladies and try to assure all was honest. My role was more on the overall supervision and interaction with our male clients prior to their visits. I am nobody's front man.

I have been a member of the state bar of California since 1986. I have never had disciplinary issues with the state bar. I have also been the President of a stock brokerage firm since 1992. This industry is highly regulated and you can verify that in 16 years we have never had 1 customer complaint. So, I think my record speaks for itself.
