The Jeld-wen 3 panel patio door ordered 1/24/2016 arrived with the third panel 1 1/2 inch too short, lacking handle and lock.
Customer service has jerked us around for six weeks, first trying to blame our contractor, then their sub-contractor, then their installer, then their sub-installer while we live with an unsightly, insecure plywood sheet in place of the third panel. My requests to speak to a supervisor were denied.
Twice installation has been cancelled because this is Jeldwen's "busy season."
If this issue is finally resolved on the third installation date set, 4/19/2016, we will let rip-off report know; however, consumers, be warned: Jeld-wen is INEPT. we still have 18 windows to replace, but will go elsewhere.
