Jelly Roll Financial Misleading, Theives, Will not contact me back, do not use this company Vienna, Virginia

So I got a payday loan through this company.  The number that they gave me to contact them back is a non working number ( I did not know this till after I signed everything and tried to contact them back)  So I was set to pay the loan back on the 4th of Feb and all they took was the finance charge, so I received an email stating that I could reply to the email to be able to pay the loan back, so I did on the 7th of Feb.  Requested that they take the full amount of the loan out of my account...still nothing...I have called and called and called and left voice mails since you can not physically speak to anyone.  I have repeatedly emailed and faxed still not response, unless you consider them taking another finance charge out of my account and not calling me back.

Do not use this company, I have a feeling that this is going to cost me way more than what it initially would.  I have also contacted the National Arbitration Forum to find out what recourse I have.

I keep calling every 30 minutes and still have not received an call back.  I am almost to the point that I am going to refill out an application to see if they will contact me back.
