I called erica cano on Dec 20 2015 to get prices on 7 of my son's fottball jackets I told her i want 7 patches and the last name of every child. She told me it was $200 for 7 jackets, in my mind i thought it was a bit high but i payed her cash when we met at the parking lot of target. A week later she told me she was still working on it so i told her it was ok. the week after that she told me the same thing. so i told her make sure its done by the following saturday because the kids have a game and they want to wear the new jackets. I called hwer on Jan 10 2016 and she still didnt have the items ready so i told her just give me my money back and the jackets, she started to scream at me and told me she'll have them ready in a week (ANOTHER WEEK). I told her jemz embroidery will never grow if you dont deliver what you promised. erica cano returned the  new jackets worn and smelly. she told her once again to retuen our moeny that were taking our service somewhere else she got upset. we had to file a police report on erica cano from jemz embroidery. STAY AWAY!!!
