Wow, wish I had read Ripoffreport sooner!
This woman claims she is "getting out of" Premier Designs Jewelry to go to Med School! God save the good people of Mississippi if this occurs, altho I can't imagine she would complete it if it were, in fact, true.
She posted items for sale on the "Premier odds & ends" website for jewelers, and I ordered items and paid thru PayPal - my mistake! After 3 weeks she started with excuses, then I find out that one large item I ordered had been sent to someone else! (or so she claimed) I asked for a refund, plus the original items I ordered. She promised shipment 11/17/03.
By December 15, items not received.
Partial shipment, as well as several items NOT ordered, were received, and NO refund, Dec. 18. On Dec. 20 she promised to send refund + missing items. As of today, January 11, 2004, she has not responded to any phone calls (which can't go thru due to her screening service), nor emails.
I am contacting the Mississippi Atty General's office. PayPal refuses to consider the case, as PART of the original shipment was received. Additionally, I paid thru my checking account (PayPal's preference for obvious reasons), and am now out over $80 for items NOT SHIPPED by this woman.
If anyone knows of any other recourse I may have, please contact me!

She has taken nearly $2000 from over 12 women in Premier Designs. That's just the number of people we've been able to find in 6 days!
She has also run the same scam with Partylite. She likes to make up names to defend herself, and she comes up with lots of excuses, but no one has ever received any products to her that I can verify!

I to ordered from Jennifer - $470 worth of Premier Jewelry, Cases, Supplies, ect. I got everything I ordered with a nice thank you letter. Are you sure that maybe you aren't over reacting. I know of several people from the list who ordered & have no complaints perhaps this was due to some sort of personal tension from you? Just curious I hate to see good people get their names thrown out there just because someone is in a bad mood and doesn't think things out until it is too late to repair the situation. I'm sure if you in fact didn't get all of the items she won't send anything after seeing this.
