In the beginning of 2008, I ordered a personal report with "Jenna". She told me I would win a lot of money on the lottery, and would find my "soul-mate" on relationship websites. Neither forecast was accurate.
A few weeks ago, I ordered a compatibility report. She sent me, by mistake, another personal report, and to my surprise (I shouldn't have been so surprised) it was EXACTLY the same as the one from 2008. She only changed the dates. As a matter of fact, some of it indicated dates from 2008, she was forecasting the future with dates from the past.
I told her I wanted a compatibility reading, she called me "Einstein", and then sent me a reading in which the data of both persons was wrong. I complained again, but she hasn't sent me an answer. I won't insist, because I already realized she's not a serious astrologer - and Ripoff Report has many, many complaints about "her".
If you're thinking about ordering anything from her, DON'T. Her job is just to copy and paste the reports, putting in a few dates that she probably picks randomly.
She HAS to be stopped.

A month ago I requested a personal reading and then googled "jenna the astrologer" and was concerned to see all the complaints so tried to cancel the payment through my credit card company without success. I also sent emails to cancel the reading but initially only got automated responses. I finally got a personal email informing me that my payment would be returned. However, my reading came anyway and I can agree that I was promised a lottery win of some kind!! which I do not believe. But the rest of the reading was a little uncanny and I can only confirm that for me it struck every cord of where I believe my life will go and where I have been... I cannot say that it will transpire definitely but we all know that astrology is not an exact science!!! I can only say that after receiving the report I emailed and told them to keep the payment for the report received but was told that they had returned the payment and were not going to take payment for the report... Perhaps Jenna should stop advising people they will win the lottery and just stick to the content of the reading because I was more than happy to part with payment for that without empty promises of winnings!!
