I purchased a living room set from salesperson Colleen and scheduled delivery for November 18.

On Nov. 17 I received a call telling me that delivery would be between 11am and 4pm. I called the store and was told that my delivery was #7 on the list and they were up to #3 (so I would most likely get my delivery earlier). I waited all day and evening for delivery. I called Colleen again and she said the truck driver would call me.

He finally called to tell me he's around the corner, but the truck is broken and he is waiting for mechanic. Two hours later, I call back to find out status only to be told I will NOT receive my delivery.

I called the store and spoke with Colleen who was not helpful and wanted me to tell her where the truck was going. I told her I didn't inquire and that's not my problem. I just want my furniture.

She then informed me that she would have her associate handle this matter on Fri. Nov 19 - I called and her associate was totally unaware of the situation.

I am very disappointed in this staff's lack of concern or care of this situation. I would like my furniture delivered ASAP and I would like compensation for the inconvenience and aggravation I have had to deal with regarding this situation.

In addition, I was informed on Nov 19 that the next available delivery date is Dec. 5 - which is totally unacceptable.

I want my belongings immediately. I want to be compensated for the hassle and nonsense I have been put through as well as the rudeness of staff in the Metuchen store.

If they are unable to meet this reasonable request, then I want a full and 100% refund and I will shop elsewhere.
