My name is Justin Rhea I live in Memphis TN and my ex Jennifer Elaine Johnson ran off and is hiding my little girl Kelsey and her parents are helping her hide I am not a bad father the first time that this happened I went to get my daughter and she gave her back to me and never came to see her or get her for two months.
I have received information that she is dragging my firstborn daughter around the state of Ohio to be with different men I also believe that she works as a groomer at Mt. Vernon Animal Hospital in Mt. Vernon Ohio. If anyone knows or has seen Jennifer or my little girl Kelsey Allison Rhea she will be 3 on April 21 2005 and I miss her and think about her all day. I have gone to Juvenile Court and filed for custody and am due to be there on Aug 11 2005. So hopefully Jennifer doesnt show.

There are ways of finding someone that most people wouldn't think of. Go to the Mt Vernon court website and see if she has any traffic violations, there are a couple of Jennifer Johnson's there. Go to the county Auditor's website and see if her or her parents own a house, the address would be listed. You can also try filing for custody even if she has the child right now, and she would still be summoned to court. If she didn't show and you were given custody, they would issue a warrant for her arrest. If you really are intent of finding your little girl, you must be willing to try everything. Good luck, this situation must be horrible.
