This company keeps on calling people in my life that I haven't been in contact with over 5 yrs. I recently received an email from one of them, in which he told me that this company and the person above called him asking about me. Gave them my information and the business purose. I dont believe that other people should be aware of my business. I lost my job, over a yr., ago due to cronical asthma and not being able to be at work because of it. I went out on medical leave for a week due to my illness once I came back I was told that my services were no longer needed.
Ever since then I have not been able to find a job. I have no way of paying back since I thought that I was gonig to be able too, then I found out I was being terminated. I am currently filling for SSI, but it takes time to approve. But until then, I do not have a steady place to live nor income, in which my father is taking care of me at the moment. But this company keeps calling other people giving out my information and letting them know that if I don't call back I will be in alot of trouble. They should not be giving nor talking to other individuals about my personal life. It should stop!!! Until I can come up with something to get all my finalcial situations fixed.

If this company is discussing your loan with others you should contact consumer lending and see what your options are. The most the can ask anyone is if they know you. They can ask for a number or an address or they can say that it is important that you contact them other than that they cannot say you owe them money or tell them they are pursuing legal action against you.

You seem to know why they are looking for you.
My guess is that someone is trying to serve you with a summons so they can sue you in civil court.
Perhaps you should consult with an attorney who specializes in bankruptcy to determine if bankruptcy protection under chapter 7 or chapter 13 is applicable and benificial to your current situation.
Good luck.
