Jennifer Goode  Friendly Duck Affiliate Number 435885 is reported for being the architect of numerous bookjacking websites, hosted by multiple web hosts who scrapes book descriptions and images from the web onto her sites.

Her sites are used to direct people to Usenet.Nl for a 14 day free trial. Subscribers often find the book is not available (after having given credit card details for verification) and are then subjected to cancellation abuse as well evident on Rip Off Report:-

proof that Jennifer Goode is an affiliate and hosts multiple sites is evident in this Friendly Duck Affiliate Rip Off report, which also bears her affiliate ID in the screenshot there.

This report contains another screenshot (see attached), bearing the same 435885 tracking ID, thus proving beyond any doubt the allegations that Jennifer is the affiliate. A Who Is search (see screenshots) revealed her to be the architect of several sites and based in Castle Rock Arizona.

The complained of, does not respond to DMCA takedown requests, and simply switches the infringing content (the next day) to a fresh domain using URLs such as naughty kids or projects for preschoolers, which is totally inappropriate.

Friendly Duck Affiliates have yet to comment and simply refuse to respond to complaints and are the affiliate marketing arm of Usenet.Nl, a file hosting website with 10,000+ complaints on the web related to unauthorized credit card charges.

They claim in their T and C to charge a penalty of 1,000 Euros per copyright infringement, yet do not deactivate the links or do anything to compensate the authors, and allow their affiliates to continue their work.
